MORE INFORMATION
In Outlook 2007, the only change in printing behavior from earlier versions of Outlook is related to HTML messages. In earlier versions of Outlook, HTML messages are printed by using the printing engine from Internet Explorer.
However, for Plain Text and Rich Text Formatted (RTF) messages, Outlook 2003 uses its own printing engine. This is the same behavior as occurs in Outlook 2007.
